Return & Exchange Policy

Conditions for Return:
1. Return of products is allowed within 30 days from the date of signing
2. Item must be in original package.
3. Item must not have been installed or used.
4. Packaging material (i.e. wrapping, clam shells) must not have been destroyed or broken.

Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation. The bank or payment processing service may take up to 3-7 business days to transfer the funds back into your account. 

 

How to Return:
1. Please Contact customer support via email: sales@hi-groplanner.com, listing out order number , picture of the package, label, Groplanner will provide the return address for customer to send it back.
2. Ship items back to the address provided by our support team.

3.After return package received, we will issue the refund less in 3 business days.

Return Shipping Fee:
1. We Groplanner provides return shipping label within 30 days. All returns less in 30days, Groplanner will bear the cost for return shipping cost.
2.Customers send the lights back and pay the shipping fee by themselves beyond 30 days.
3. Groplanner will not charge any poundage.
